The staff were efficient and extremely friendly, nothing to complain about.

The property is quiet and the staff is brilliantly friendly. Their rooms are always neat and immaculate with king bedroom and the TV, for example. The airport is 19 miles away, easy to reach. When I am in Hoover, I like staying here.

This hotel was beautiful and I will be back. The property was a right place for enjoying a fairly nice area, right by mall, movie theater, shopping and restaurants and the entire cafeteria. The room was impeccably clean and soundproof with an exceptionally comfortable bed and where the tv was. The location turned out to be favourable and beautiful. Also, it was 3 miles from Moss Rock Preserve.

In overall the room was large and where the tv was. The location was good and beautiful in the safe area. Ate at Rock n Roll Sushi, it's relatively close to the venue.

As a young family, we were delighted with the facilities at Holiday Inn Birmingham - Hoover. The beautiful interior design, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained grounds gave us peace of mind for our children's safety. We also appreciated the walk-in shower with a shower chair, which made it safer for our elderly mother. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying, giving us a great start to our days. we were impressed with the ambiance, amenities, and helpfulness of the staff during our stay.
